Our goal was to produce the best perogies that where available on the market. With grandmother’s recipe in hands and the best quality ingredients on the market, PelMen Perogies was headed in the right direction. It wasn’t long that people realized that these where the best tasting perogies they ever tasted.

With the ever-increasing sales, we had to expand our production. When PelMen Perogies was just starting out, all of the perogies where prepared the traditional way, by hand.

Due to the increasing demand, we had to develop a special machine that would be able to make perogies that would taste and look the same as hand made. Not only did we succeed in that, we managed to produce a far more superior product than ever before.

Thanks to our custom-made machines, our perogies contain a lot more filling, and have much thinner dough than of any other perogy manufacture on the market.
